Is it true we are on backorder on PlasmaButton?

The only one it hurts is the reps. They are the ones who have to run around with garage stock and get PO’s. The company will get their $. I’ve already had two of my accounts get calls about PSS Urology and their hemi electrode. Has anyone else out there experienced this?

No one will do anything to management. Unfortunately they are all “protected entity”. Peter does nothing for the company and is rewarded for that.
So many management turds that do nothing at Olympus. Can someone share why this occurs so often?

What can we do to respond?

 

ask and see if it can also work on the thunderbeat generator. The other company on the West coast will plug into both. Being a good sales rep and solution selling you need to know both of the knockoffs are good. Since you are the Rep loosing the business your credibility can saved if you recommend the competitor to PSS . Let the account decide !

Yep, PSS works with both generators and they have a nice reusable cable for the PK

 

Not a good time to be an Olympus Urology rep. Competition digging in for a big brawl in the Bipolar Portfolio. There is no way Olympus can compete on price. OCA conversions happening like wildfires all over the country.
I’m interviewing to get out of OCA after 7 years. They don’t pay, and now the Bipolar business is under siege.
