    via Bain Capital, LP and Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) today announced the creation of Cerevel Therapeutics, LLC (“Cerevel”), a new biopharmaceutical company focused on developing drug candidates to treat disorders of the central nervous system (CNS).
