How do we get them to support anything other than Tildra? It's been over a year of being ignored and I have to believe they cross the line regularly - how are they trained, what materials do they have, how frequently to they refer to a MSL ? What do (can) they say to customers ? Seems they're operating in the dark.
I'm surprised they are still here. DF was protecting them. Hopefully Tom will get a clue. They are a compliance nightmare.
