Bardy Diagnostics

Does anyone have any insight into this company Bardy Dx? They are doing an expansion and the CAM patch looks promising.

 

Start up. I’ve seen a few around but funny thing is the docs aren’t impressed. Ep said he tried it and fell off after 2-3 days on multiple patients. Also heard mgt isn’t great.

 

Is there ever a company on this site discussed in which sales reps actually like management? I've yet to find it.

 

Run don’t walk. The VP of sales is a disaster and the company has not been the same since Ken Nelsons departure. Hillrom/ Baxter and and Bardy senior leadership have no vision for the future. Turn out the lights the party is over

 

You’re right about the Vp of Sales BC. He’s suffers from the Peter syndrome

 

The culture is terrible! The numbers are down as BC failed or lack there of sales strategy is finally catching up to him. BC is not a leader with vision or strategy and he is unable to manage, so he hired an area director to be the grim reaper with no value add. If you want quarterly (3 day field rides) with your manager, to be micromanaged by forecast, and know that someone is always talking shit behind your back then Bardy is the place for you. Unfortunately until there is a change in leadership, and a commitment to new technology this companies glory days are in the past.
