    BASE SALARY RANGES FOR THE FIELD SALES ORGANIZATION:

    I would like to ask about what bases you are getting or have heard about. I honestly think some people are getting hosed. I’d like to know how long you’ve worked with the company and where the number is.

    What are they paying new account executives?
    What are they paying associate account executives?
    What are the bases for the former territory account leaders?
    What are the bases for the former specialists?
    Regional Sales Specialists?
    Strategic System Leads?
    Regional Sales Managers?
    Area Vice Presidents?
    Tenured reps?

    I have heard that some of us can no longer get raises as we have maxed out. What does the company do in that situation and when does that happen?
