Basic business skills not needed in marketing

Cal me crazy but shouldn't a product manager at the very least know how to work power point? I guess golf is the only prerequisite needed for some promotable positions.

 

She is terrible! I was embarrassed for her! Did she even go to college? How does one not know how to put together a descent power point!

 

How does a 'specialist' not know how to spell decent?
