How many of the Bausch and Lomb employees, actual B&L employees not Valeant employees, that listened to yesterday's 2018 Bausch health earnings presentation are as optimistic as the CEO and the finance guy about what was presented and or how the future looks?

If you missed the presentation you can listen to it again here, Events and Presentations

The CEO and the finance guy get paid the big bucks and are obligated to be excited but how many actual B+L employees share that same level of excitement?

Do any of the B+L employees care about B+L or is it just a paycheck?

Thank you in advance for sharing your opinions.

It quite simply is just a paycheck - now. 35 years ago when our leadership wasn't a bunch of fuckstick morons, the environment was different. We cared and we wanted to make a difference. That all changed when we suddenly had more supervisors, lead people, managers, directors, and vice presidents than we had direct labor. Yeah, fucking read that last sentence again. There are now departments where directors direct ZERO people, and divisions where managers manage ZERO people. This company has devolved to a point where 5% of the people make 85% of the income - and do fucking nothing and 95% of the people do the work and earn 15% of the wages. 'Murica - yeah fucking 'Murica - where if you're a moron jackass who can't wipe his own ass makes millions of dollars a year and the people who deal with FDA audits and keep your plants open and is barely paying the rent, might not have a job tomorrow.
