    I am beginning to think my company is not moving in the right direction and lacks a good growth strategy. Anyone know of any companies with bright ideas, good products, and/or upward mobility prospects.

    Yes, I am an experienced rep. looking for a position in Northern CA.
    Does anyone know that their company is hiring?

    Check out zogenix. Zohydro is selling better than expected. They have good salaries. Their cafepharma board isn't too negative.
