Many are wanting to leave out of fear that this is a one year deal in rare disease. Any thoughts on this? All free drug going out for the few Laro scripts we have gotten. So little testing, and even on the 3 year look backs, there have been no patients.

Are you freaking kidding me?. There were only 20 originals hired + the expansion of 20 more reps to launch LARO. Over half have left. And the ones staying are either idiots or can’t get offers. No one is happy with the abuse from management and the upper management team who are so clueless and out for themselves. Loved the Uncle Sam poster T put up on recent Conf call stating “WE Want YOU”. There are so many people leaving or they are managing people out. It was hilarious when 5 excellent reps gave their resignation after her call! Karma is a bitch.

Waa waa is one of the "shut up and like its". Yes, anyone can leave at anytime and they are. The "shut up and like its" clearly don't understand that some stability and satisfaction is imperative to a company's success. What about some of the crap to focus on people's strengths? Hmmm? Just another line of BS, yes? Upper management is out for themselves and stroking their pathetic egos. Has anyone ever noticed they constantly drone on and on about themselves?? I've never heard one of them ask a single question to get to know someone. The little people are simply their pawns, period. The smart ones always jet first.

More will leave onc. Some stay hoping to get promoted or advance their career, but we know it won’t happen. They’ll throw them a bone every once in a while, keep distracting them with “special” projects and initiatives, and putting them through programs to make them feel like they have a chance. Then just bring in outsiders anyways, so sad and pathetic.

Are they leaving because of abuse, bonus achievement, or instability, or all three?
