    Things really changed in the BCBU last year. Repatha is a pain in the ass to sell and Aimovig got stuck under the weight of 2 competitors. Managers are terrible, some have no idea how to sell - let alone manage salespeople (speaking about Southern California specifically). We’ve lost a lot of good reps and more are on the way out. But, if you can deal with a bad manager and culture that is slowly becoming more like Pfizer then welcome to Amgen. Pull up a seat and wait for your turn to be promoted
