In spite of what you hear, this place is horrible. Takeda is eliminating most of the bonuses and it is very political and many in senior management are clueless. This company has never produced a drug that is marketed having in-licensed Velcade, Mepact, and Adcetris from others. TAK-700 just failed and 9708 is too late and if approved in 2 years will be hard to overcome the data from Celgene and Onyx.

"Political", thats an understatement. Management is terrible, let's start with little Wee man, a.k.a. Lil Hitler. He's not only considered a dwarf on the height chart but also comes in as a mental midget on the IQ chart. Little guy all the way around. The Japanese Brass will see thru the BS, seriously does a company this size need three Area Directors?? Last one in- first one out, better pack your bags and see if you can get your trailer park pass reinstated and get your hillbilly ways back to Arkansas or Tennessee one of those backwood states you're from. Rejoice the day that Wee Man is carrying a bag and knocking on doors, after all he was the best ever, just give him a minute and he will share the story with you..
