I really am curious what people think after our meeting in Nashville? I have nothing against our new young leadership and think they are decent people. I wish I believed them and thought we still have a future, but I really don’t think so. Our current and future portfolio is average at best, and these days average equals bankruptcy. I don’t believe we can sustain our current sales forces with average products. My prediction is branded will get sold off and Teva will return to a generics only company. I know this goes against the speeches, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to really try to look at this objectively. I am a tenured employee that has been around probably more than 80% of our current employees and I have made the decision to start looking before it’s too late. Am I missing something?

There are people now in charge without the ability for a reason, the shelf life is very short and they have been selected as the rental "leaders"

i work in HO and have the same concerns. My guess.. Teva will sell off Oncology and let the other units sail off into the sunset. Teva will go back to being a generics company. As more and more people leave, it will be interesting to see if/how they backfill roles.
Personally, I’m waiting to see if parsippany, nj is going to be the new HO. I’m hoping to get a package this year. I was “lucky” and kept my job while the rest of my team received packages. If NJ isn’t happening, I will be running out of here like the rest of HO.

Ha, “I work in HO” huh? That’s weird because they made announcements about where the new HO was going to be located. Nice try trollbot....get a hobby besides trying to poke and prod here.

i do work in Frazer (not a troll). Unless it was announced at the NFM, which I did not attend, tell me when it was announced. Brendan did NOT announce it on our call last month and we have not had a town hall like KC.. so there !

All he said at our town hall was that Parsippany is the site being looked at, and that Overland Park is definitely not being considered.

It does not take a rocket scientist to see the direction of this company. The most telling bit of information to everyone should have been the slide at NFM that showed our pipeline...are you serious? All our eggs in the migraine basket...where we were already going to be second to market...(now prob even later with the FDA warning letter)....and a couple new Austedo indications over the next few yrs...that was laughable. I am NOT an alarmist by any stretch...but in my humble opinion, get out while (and if) you still have a decent resume. Leadership has clearly admitted that Teva's recovery won't happen in a year or two....Kare's plan is to take 4-5 yrs for recovery...you can't pay off a 37B dollar debt in a year lol...espec especially with an incredibly weak and limited pipeline. Also, how bout the true down for Copaxone? I get the company had to pay out to stay advantaged on managed care plans because of Mylan's early generic entry....but why should the sales force be punished for "devalued" scripts? We still brought in quantity of TRx....really bad move Teva...once again...maybe they want everyone to leave lol...

I personally think anyone who stays is crazy when there are way better options out there...it's not like it's going to be a lean year....try a lean 5 yrs...why would you want to stay at a company that's really not able to provide the "perks" of the industry that we have all become accustomed to? It may sound selfish...but unless you are somehow "tied" to Teva or have a crappy track record...why would you want to cut yourself and your family short by staying here....plenty of other companies out there that are happy and able to reward hard working high performers....not that Teva isn't willing to...but they certainly won't be able to for the next several years...and I truly believe the branded business will end up dissolved or sold off anyway...and Teva will return to generics only...

Teva has chosen to continue to promote “leaders” who have left a path of destruction in every department they touched. Unfortunately these HO leaders are horribly out of touch with the field and customer needs. This will only make it more difficult to successfully launch products and continue to promote existing ones. I’m not looking because I’m unhappy with my RSM or current product(s), I’m going to leave because I don’t see it ever getting better.
