Belak is awful, but u are crazy! I would love my
Manger gone by lunch.

 

Stop supporting your hero! This has to be a post from JB or LB. These two are the biggest "tools" every made. YOu say you want your manager gone by lunch which means you are probably 1st in line for a promotion with this group of RD's. They like managers they can manipulate, scare and force to push down their outdated, old school, don't know any different tactics. belak and deegan both at the bottom and have been/will stay there.
Wake up MW!!!! Please save us. SOme of us want to make money and have a career.

Why not notify HR about this Belak guy? Sounds like many, many people realize he is a tool and should be fired. Copy these pages and send to corporate HR. You might be surprised how quickly that gets noticed. (This is coming from an HR guy)
