With all of the negativity and pessimism going around who do we think are the best? Is there anyone good at their job?

I've never worked for him but I heard Bruce's team loves him. SM in Florida was also loved by her team but unfortunately she left for another opportunity. Depomed tends to push people out that don't fit into their douche mold.

I agree. I worked for Stephanie and she was the best manager I ever had in my entire career. Excellent coach, analytical, helped me see things in a different perspective. She may not have been the typical Type A personality but that was what was refreshing about her. She was still tough when she needed to be without being a jerkoff.

I think we are very lucky to have the leadership we do in south. KW has been the best DM I've had

Is HR turning a blind eye to the amount of turnover SR has had here ?

Entire team quits, year after year- how is that acceptable?

Now there is a Super Douche. Can't find one redeeming quality.

At least we have Ashley, who took over for King Douche.

Anyone else having problem with sales calls? Seem to be hitting resistance at every angle. Not sure worth continuing in this direction...

Looks like Depomed is closing up shop. No leadership. Move on!

Resistance is an understatement. 70% of calls are solely about managed care, and the conversation ends up with some sort of variation of "love your products, but no one covers it."

Super Douche is an understatement! SR is the biggest asshole on the planet. Used car salesman! Couldn't recognize great talent if it slapped him in the face, which is what I would like to do to him if I ever see him!
