Best months/time of the year to be looking for new opportunities...

With all the dip shits in the medical sales game, there is never a good time to be looking for work.

 

Having been a hiring manager in the device sector since 1998, I find the best time to hire is January- About now. The reps that were looking to get their year end cash and bolt are gone and teams are reloading for NSM's which take place right now- June. Summer is the worst time to look and hire- only the desparate are out there and no one wants to train / hire , etc when they can be on the boat or playing golf. Good luck.
