Question- If I give two weeks notice on Monday, Will my manager check me out immediately or will I actually work those two weeks? Next question- How do I play this out to guarantee that I will get my quarter 2 bonus payout ? Previous companies that I’ve worked for will pay you for your two weeks notice, but will check you out immediately. I am done with the micromanaging! This environment is toxic.
If you are serious and putting your notice in on Monday, you can forget about 2nd quarter bonus. Getting out of this stifling company and losing a little money in my mind would be worth it.
Make your last day effective July 1st in writing. Give a 1 or 2 week notice. You should then get your Q2 bonus payed out in Sept
