Everyone at Galderma works hard especially the A/C Reps and everyone knows it. The problem is that Galderma is not truly paying for performance. We were flat out lied to and the goals are way too high. This comp plan is by far the worst in years!

 

that's because they hired manager (s) who are thinking with their one-eyed monster and taking the advice frompretty little clueless girls who set your plans. And you are led by managers on a power trip gone crazy.
