Anyone have any info on the Beverly Hills Aesthetic Sales position? Hows the territory? Why did the previous rep leave? Salary, Car, etc? Thanks in advance.

Rep left because the manager absolutely terrorizes her team. Car, gas card, good pay but simply not worth bein put through what she puts you through. Shes a slimy manipulative tool that needs to be put out to pasture. Old sorry cow. Trust me check the turnover in her region. It's high and often. That's why territories under her management suffer, having a new rep everytime you turn around (in a clients eyes) makes you wonder about the company, doubt the effectiveness to sell the product and kills overall credibility. Run, don't walk away from this opportunity!

This territory was one of the original for Skinmedica. There are a lot of good accounts. The problem is the manager here. In fact the problem here has been the management all along. One Psycho Manager Dana and now the new Psycho who drives the best of reps away and on top of that is besties with the fake human resource manager. If you are single and can take calls all day and night and need the job it might be for you but don't plan on moving up the ladder because Skinmedica has nothing in the pipeline.

The management problem is not just in CA! I don't know where they find these people to be RSM's here. The stories are abundant about many if not all of them. They have been brainwashed to do nothing but work. That's all they do all day and every day. It's very sad and very common in our company. The married one's have problems with their spouses and the single ones, well, there's a really good reason they're single! This is not a good bet if you want something long term. The more you sell, the more you have to sell next year, which is OK if you had new products and or an expandable base. We have neither. We have to sell 35% more of the same crap to the same accounts. Doomed to fail running the company like that.
