If you worked for either company you would know the answer to that question. Stop being nosy.

 

We can all care less. We are buying out all these smaller players just so a big fish can come buy us.

 

with the secondary stock offering, Neo will now have the cash to make these purchases. It may spell financial disaster, but then again, blood in the water attracts big fish...

 

Unfortunately, when the big fish arrive, they only find the remnants of the previous picnic that ended in blood and guts.
