Biads Confirmed. What constitutes geography?

Now that we know there will be two DBU sleeves and territories with Biads, any territory with a PC3 rep will be downsized. So, who knows what constitutes geography and customer continuity? If the PC3 lives in one of the two territories he/she works in, I assume that will be the POD who will be restructured. Does is make any difference if the Heritage and Synergy reps have been in that territory for a long time? PC3 reps were hired only 1.5 years ago.

 

Geography is where you live not what your current territory is. And it doesn't matter who is in what sleeve.

 

insider here yes if you are the PC3 rep you will have a job unless you are over 50 these are the reps, managers and directors, who will be washed out if they don't take the package. In order to survive we must get salaries, and pensions down so we can compete with the much younger companies out there that we compete with. This is the only way to survive. It will continue to be more clear in October and beyond before the holidays. Hope this helps.
