Absolutely ridiculous that she got this job. There were actually a couple of truly qualified candidates with leadership capability that applied and now we are stuck with this.

Do tell... I am on the cv side so don't know this story.

Before she became a DM she had written up a list of grievances against her DM David which had 20 years experience in the industry. HR and whoever else got involved and fired him and made the annoited one a DM

Wow. How convenient for her. So one of the few experienced managers in this company, and she runs them off. What were her grievances in regards to?

Yes, no respect for her whatsoever.

And again... another promotion that is mind boggling

He didn't know how to correctly coach a sales team or manage his reps. Keep in mind the peds division was smaller and he had about 10 or so reps. So she was bitching about not having enough field coaching time.

Truth behind it all she wanted his job and had two other reps in region sign off on this and promised them leeway if she became their manager

Ha! Not enough field coaching time?!?! A manager can only be stretched so thin and she wasn't the only rep! She is terrible! Great promotion MR!!!!

She is despicable! I have no respect for her whatsoever and will never see her as a real leader.

Looks like Arbor is giving her exactly what she wants.

Maybe they don't care who they promote, hire or fire because they are looking to get bought out very soon.

And why exactly would anyone want to buy Arbor. The only products we have are ones other companies didn't want.

What's that? A black eye on her resume? If she ever had to apply for a NSM position with a real company she wouldn't even make it through the front door.

Exactly. She has like 6 years in the industry. Arbor is the only place that would ever promote someone like her. And seems a definite conflict of interest of some sort to take over the job of the boss you got fired

Makes so sense, she's an RSM not NSM

My apologies. Either way it was a dumb promotion.
