Don’t kid yourself, son. You are your own worst enemy and you are solely and personally responsible for all the misery in your life. Blaming your failure on the success of others will not change the facts. Own it. Hope this helps.

Take it up with Dr. Laura kid. This message board is for clinical laboratory professionals. No one wants to hear your stupid pop psychology drivel.

You have such incredible issues stemming from years of drug abuse. I don’t feel sorry for you at all. Your future will be incredibly difficult.

I know blah blah.. but I know something about you and yours. Not very encouraging.

He worked hard, but accomplished little. His tenure was marked by high manager and rep turnover.

    No excuses, just results....

Not all of us feel this way. If you think you can do better....then Apply for the top job. Let’s see how that goes.

    The man is good.
    The man is honest.
    The man is hard-worker.
    The man has substance.
The man can control a sales meeting
    The man is a leader.

Difficult to succeed in the highly competitive Northeast Region when you have high commercial team turnover and a vast majority of reps who have no clue as to how a Full Service Clinical Lab operates. Relationships still matter. Albeit, to a lesser extent than the days before PLNs.

Long overdue.....Looking forward to the change and someone who can be a well rounded leader.

If you’re looking to a change in leadership to improve your situation, life will be a never ending stream of disappointments. If you’re unwilling or unable to make things better yourself, prepare for personal failure, regardless of the ultimate success of your employer. It’s a lonely world, son. And no one else, other than you alone, will ever look out for your best interest. Hope this helps.

Stop blaming others. We are all whiny bitches. We suck. Otherwise, our bosses would still have their jobs.

You need to listen to your own advice. Try and improve things yourself.
    1. Stop using drugs and go to rehab.
    2. Get a defense attorney and tell the truth.

Nobody has ever given you better advice junior.

You always post BS, go improve your chances of living a happy productive life.

It is a positive for society that you are alone with no kids.
