Big Mistake

    I wish RP well but allowing him to attend AAO is a monumental mistake. what possible good does that do for jetrea and its new direction. as mentioned in an earlier post they should go down another layer and remove all those hired by RP . then and only then will we present a new and professional organization.

    This is how Belgium deals with things, it's rather incredible. Who knows what will happen or who will leave next. Perhaps the overpaid office manager/director, good paper shuffler and gossip monger.

    Maybe they don't want any retaliation from RP and that's why he is being allowed to attend AAO, doesn't make sense though, what value will it add. How much of a good job will he do? Many are just relieved he is leaving. Next should be Carling and all of the kick back vendors. Wonder if the loud mouth will continue to be a loud mouth.

    Maybe mgmt. doesn't want retaliation from RP and by letting him attend it won't look like there is any kind of desperation to get him out, but you are right, what value will this add?

    We also need to rid of DD, wonder if she will continue to be so loud and obnoxious, now that her buddy will be gone. No one likes her! If you think they do, they are pretending! There are more reputable companies that we can do business with!

    Accounting and compliance should really look at the fraudlulent transactions between TG and DD. What a shame. So long Ram. Glad you enjoyed the last three years of vacation. Thanks for screwing the entire sales team.

    It doesn't make it right but, mgmt should be very careful how employees are treated and or how they are terminated or replaced!

    they are at every company. Just remember, the whistleblower laws have changed because there are so many people looking to cash in quickly. the government is also going after those blowing the whistle. So be careful when you make statements like that cause there is always a chance that somehow you could be involved or even culpable by knowing something and not going to someone in your management; like the way you insinuate something here and you are still with the company and turning a blind eye to it.

    Mgmt looks the other way! Says one thing and turns the other way! Isn't that right! And people who try and do the right thing are only labeled as trouble makers. We are left with go with the flow or leave.

    S Grant in California. Fired from Lilly, fired from Serono fired from Amgen and then indicted with Amgen. SHE is a BIG MISTAKE! Good luck with that complete unprofessional freak, pull race card game of an employee. She is an unbelievable nightmare!
