What changes do you see with Depomed in 2017? Acquisition? Expansion? Lots of possibilities to consider.

Acquisition and Expansion? Are you posting on the right board? This is Depomed. The company has huge debt, declining sales, and no equity. Cant even do a secondary offering as the stock is in a free fall. Add in a Congressional investigation in which they are getting grouped in with companies like Purdue and Insys Therapeutics, companies that have actually engaged in criminal wrongdoing in the opioid crisis. On top of this you have a new CEO and BOD members, so expect more turn over as they get rid of the rest of team Schoeneck.

They wont be making any strategic moves soon.

I agree that team Schoeneck will be dismissed, but I'm not worried about being lumped in with the others....data will educate politicos on how we differ from them.

Starboard will be active in Q2 to get the stock pointed North, and don't be surprised if we lose the ESPP sometime soon, along with an increase in our cost for company cars. Simple mantra in this environment is lower expenses and raise net revenue.

Plus, I think they will get rid of Lazanda reps. Half of the reps aren't bringing in enough scripts/ revenue to sustain their salary.

Sell lazanda, cambia and zipsor. No national meetings in June. Cutbacks on employee benefits.

Gary Lewandowski should be next. Completely useless. Horrible marketing campaigns and materials. No wonder Nucynta not doing well.

Send Jeff V packing. Managed care acess had worsened since he was given a job he was not prepared to do

1000% AGREE!!! Jeff V has absolutely ZERO experience in his current position!! Plus, there is no motivation for people reporting in to him, along with ZERO formulary wins!!

Mr Higgins - please do Depomed a FAVOR and cleanse us of the 'vengeful' JV!!! You will get the added bonus of eliminating a HR nightmare as well!!!!

The exodus continues at Depomed. The good ones depart which leaves more incompetents. More names heard while the old, blind leaders think they are doing a great job. FAT LADY is singing...hahahaha!!
