We are truly in trouble, our leaders hired Joel Brandon whom I found out was incompetent at Elan and was let go at his last job with Tolmar, Inc. because of an unorganized launch of their drug. Do we do background checks? How did he get through this interview process? I know a rep from Tolmar that told me this guy had no clue.
BH is capable, competent and presents well. He is a good guy and has always been helpful and responded quickly. I have worked with many Managed Care folks and he is among the very best. (Oh No...a positive post... Hope the board doesn't go into shock!)
Joel Brandon has been with the company for several years and led the Respiratory Division in the US to record sales years/ He also ran a vrey successful European organization. You my friend, are clueless.
