Bill? Marty? Guido? Susan? Is anyone on the board paying attention?

Why all the managers who are never shown the door? They stay because they can’t secure a leadership role elsewhere. These products could be distributor run with a remote marketing presence. Enough with all of the wasteful spending.

Because most of them don’t leave their house. Pretty easy business to run from home.

Everyone knows the issue with this company is its top heavy. PS is a good guy and communicator but has no sense for talent. Look at the AVP roster for proof. DV is an incompetent pos. Maybe worst leader ever but is rewarded for having prior relationship with JN , GC is a DOS at best. this new person was hired because PS worked with her before. Has no right or experience being in that type of role. Ahead of him are the same poor leaders just looking to cash out on going public. Been here several years but it just keeps getting worse.

Joke yes but sadly the main reason we are stuck in a hole with no plan to get out. It means payday and retirement for the upper execs and all they care about.

All the execs should apply to be dos. Safest job in the world. !

clearly written by an exec who probably never was one or sucked at it. reality is that's where all the layoffs occurrs because its easy to blame reps and middle management. they simply executre what the company culture and the execs tone and direction suggest or be else. No accountability or "ownership" at the top but somehow that's the theme for everything coming from there LOL.

This is absolutely true. But now they are waiting on a buy out, which isn’t going to happen. So back to the drawing board trying to find something that makes the company appealing. Amniotic is the next venture that will fail.

What you have totally wrong is how DV got the role. This decision was made before PS became VP. JN put him in that role and won’t let PA get rid of him. He is literally the single most insecure, rude, offensive and useless person in a position of power. JN kept him for multiple companies and 15 years because he has no life and will work 24-7 being a gofer

Hard to understand how he has got away with that for so long unless it is because he leaves companies to fast for people to catch on. Is there one person in the whole company who doesn’t know this to be true yet it continues and is rewarded. If I have to watch one more of his stage presentations lol, always crying

He kisses the right asses, manages up, and is a good worker bee. All you have to do to succeed here.

He is absolutely unqualified to lead people. Riding JN’s coattails all the way. Unprofessional and focused on all the wrong shit.

Anyone else realize JN isn’t worth a shit either? Napoleon complex, little man syndrome, I’m amazing, etc. If you disagree, think about your conversations with him. How many are about YOU? It’s a parade of how awesome he is.

The West hasn’t had such a horrible AVP since Greg Mitchell. It is pretty sad that Jim Spencer is the strongest AVP in the west out of the past 3.

Debatable but what isn’t debatable is how useless DV is. Every interaction is worse than the last. No leadership attributes at all but tries to make up for it with useless activities he can use to make himself look better to those higher up. Pulled the same stuff while he was in the office from what I hear. Everyone was happy to see him go but obviously those in the throne decided his antics should be rewarded. The most rude and insecure person I have ever interacted with but get him in a room of execs and he turns on the charm LOL.

Do me a favor at one of our next meeting challenge something he wants or believes. A good leader surrounds itself with stronger. He seeks weak and punishes strong. Looking for more gofers like himself that will follow orders. Ask JB how standing up to his bs went.
