Makes perfect pharma sense, let’s hire all the sage rejects and failures cause they couldn’t get it done , so surely this time is a charm ! Let’s not hire proven track record reps , regardless of what disease state they promoted that never works. Instead if they failed there , surely they can fubar it here too !! Sounds about right.
