So you answered the “big tits” question correctly. Good for you.

That's exactly what it is! They are bringing their friends over. There will be three clicks of sales reps at every meeting at Biohaven. Takeda people, Az reps and B.I. BARF!

recruiting issues aside, this company seems ridiculously top heavy for a start up.

Multiple Commercial Officers, multiple SVP and VPs of commercial. What is going on here?

I can already tell you one of the managers in NC is "coo-coo for coco puffs". Had multiple HR issues at his old company. Banned from some offices. Be warned.

Has anyone heard from a manager regarding interviews?

No It's kind of getting ridiculous. No one has heard anything. I heard a start date of 11/5 for first round. 12/5 for second round.

It all probably depends on a manager. I had a first-round late last week and second round this week. It also depends if there is an opening in your area and when they get to hiring your territory. The two rounds allow the managers to take their time in hiring.

Were you brought over by your manager or did you interview?

I think they are moving fast through the process when they have candidates they want.

Obviously, the manager brought them over without an interview.

Culture at AZ is totally toxic - I am not interested in working for AZ management.

I heard Biohaven scored an absolute nightmare hiring a former Takeda manager in Connecticut. I was considering this company, but my mind changed in an instant because of this woman!

Good luck to all the people who end up working for her! I say “for” because because there’s no “with” when it comes to her. She’ll make sure she continually lets you know that she’s the boss.

Biohaven appears to be a haven for nasty, unprofessional employees/management.
I expect lots of micro management day and night 7 days per week.
