    Not enough for the entire country. We need about 25% more, and extra training too.

    Yes, they are planning more intensive training and hiring new reps. I also hear they will look into rent-a-reps.

    more reps?! there are way to many reps already, we do not need any more reps!

    What they usually do is to deselect a number of sales reps and hire a large rent-a-rep force. This lasts about a year or two, then back to hiring reps again.
