like another guy said all of the stockholders, independent distributors and big reps need to hire lawyers now. Zimmer will not dare go to jury trial and will settle releasing everybody from their contracts and plaintives will recover significant damages.

loss of business due to gross negligence. breach of contract, omissions, etc. slam dunk!

 

This is why agreements include reciprocal indemnification. There's no suit to be filed distributor/rep vs manufacturer.
