    Non-rep's opinion on Biomet/Arthrex

Juggarknot is a game changer. All the reps that are crying about how inferior it is will be playing catchup once theirs come out.

Also, Arthrex's new ACL tightrope is much improved over that POS they came out with previously (pulling down toward tibia vs up toward femur). But, the ziploop is faster and has a great suture on it.

Biomet and Arthrex' tibial fixation that is a knock-off of Mitek's both suck. They cut the graft and they're cheap quality.

Didn't really know Biomet was in the convo for sports med. Must not be that good if I haven't seen it anywhere in 5+ years.

hi, this is a device which outperforms tightrope, and has no patent issues.

this is the video of the knot and how it works.

    test results-

slippage of 0.16 mm after 1000 plus cycles. Tightrope slips about 2 mm as per their study.

Load to failure is 866 N after 2000 cycles , (at which the knot breaks) . Tightrope breaks at 876.

It easily outperforms tightrope both in graft protection and locking security.

    Simple to make .

    No patent infringement.
