what are we supposed to assume we'll be getting for Q3 payout when growth through BioReference isn't being accounted for!

    BINGO!

Not that the board was pushing the idea of growth solely through a company they were going to sell to at a low cost of 5.25 a share. No way they would do that.

Figure out what percentage of the business your BIoref business made up of the total BIoref units that came in house for the last numbers you received. You will get that percentage of what came in house for what numbers they have not reported. It's not an exact science and won't give you full credit for any big growth you may have had but also won't hurt you for any losses you may have incurred. This is how we have historically handled this situation in the past.

Now Lab corp is a different animal if they didn't report because we can pull back the curtain and peak at the account level data (even though we are not suppose to) but shhhhh don't tell anyone we have done that for years and even shared that data with our HDL buddies. But all that is water under the bridge because they are buying us and we will all be out of jobs soon enough.

    Dear BioReferance,

Thanks for all the NMR business over the past few years! Thanks for all the account level data as well! We will now be using the data provided to flip accounts to Labcorp!

    Sincerely,

    Lipo
