We are always on the lookout for talented individuals who share our passion.

Blue Belt Technologies is a small but diverse company who draws strength from the creative and intellectual powers of our employees. We know that in order to bring innovation into standard healthcare practice we need to grow and cultivate team members who are passionate individually, and as a group, about their work. The backbone of our company is made up of individuals pushing technical boundaries in medical product design, engineering and robotics; talents who can work efficiently in the proper regulatory and quality frameworks; and customer facing gurus committed to providing a seamless experience with our technology.

We’d like to hear your story. Please share your resume and cover letter:

Nice! Are you saying you anticipating a couple of openings. Anything we should provide besides a resume?

"Judge Neff also ruled that Bruty and Blue Belt cannot contact any current or potential customers of Stryker’s orthopedic navigation line of products if he was in touch with them in the two years before leaving his post as senior global director of marketing.

Further, any efforts to poach Stryker employees must cease, wrote Judge Neff, apparently swayed by allegations that Bruty and Blue Belt have recently made overtures to a pair of sales representatives and three managers at Stryker. Also, any documents containing Stryker’s trade secrets must be returned, the judge said, finding the complaint has a “strong likelihood of success on the merits.”

    Couple of quick questions.

    1. Will these lawsuits potentially affect the company's ability to pay salary/bonuses in 2013 or would they be covered by insurance?

    2. In case of actions like the two non-compete lawsuits will Blue Belt provide an attorney or is the employee expected to pay for their own counsel?

    3. Is a move to Pittsburgh required?
