    OMFG. Looks like the PR team can dance better than legal. Then why all the long faces in the office? Is paid administrative leave all that bad?

    You don't "vigorously defend" a lawsuit against your company by agreeing to a permanent injunction, plus settling civil by awarding the company suing you further "relief" and remedies. Blue Belt, the Hindenburg of medical device companies?
