    Remember the add on test that nobody won? I guess the only one who won was AIT:)

    "provision of free or reduced fee POCT cups" -surprised AIT is not in on this lawsuit.

    Remember when AIT had to defend itself in Florida about 3-4 years ago against the cups being a possible "kickback" and in violation of the Stark Laws? Funny how AIT is also advertising for an in-house lawyer. I guess keeping a law firm on a retainer isn't enough.
