Hate when decent drug companies change board of directors or senior leadership cause this is exactly what happens. All companies have ups and downs but Depomed was more on good side when JS was running the show. He would keep us informed at we were not in debt according to him. The Starboard screws everything up taking over, over hiring and this is what happens. Good to you SB jerks as you all deserve this melt down and hope you all lost significant millions!
