Bonus debacle... Avanir is run and has been overrun by morons!

Found out the knuckleheads in HQ, in calculating the bonus payout for severed NAMs (how you were trending), used the sales numbers based on the data they currently had when the people were taken out of the field. They didn't use the data that came in two weeks later that actually reflected the sales numbers for the week ending 11-17-17, the last week those people were in the field. Duh... Idiots... The leadership at this company may be the dumbest ever assembled in the corporate world.
What that means is, if your numbers went up from the end of October through November 17, 2017 they owe you additional bonus money!

 

This was all purposely done to screw you out of money

 

But what if it went down ? All balances out imho

 

What it means is, if you got bonus in your severance check delivered via Fed Ex January 15, 2018, you may be owed more money. If your sales performance went up from the end of October through 11/17/17, they owe you more money since the bonus they paid out did not reflect your performance the first two weeks of November. Start emailing and calling them if that is the case.

 

Well well well got my “extra” bonus check by Fed Ex today. I guess the squeaky wheels get the oil after all
