    My Florida Manager is pushing us to fill out the specialty forms for our doctors, is this legal????

    I am being told to “push” SMP pharmacy in Miami......

    Definitely being encouraged to tell the offices to print out the SMP form and send it to them so they will do PA.

    If true just report it to compliance. Simple. It will be investigated.

    she waw fired before for same stuff hence why the best guy she can land was a lowly contract job selling symlin cause she was desperate. That’s the pedigree that leads radius. Was folding cloths at Ross before getting 40k year contract gig

    I’m sorry, what’s the issue? Please forgive my ignorance, but isn’t this a specialty pharmacy drug? Or dispensed by specialty pharmacies

    Yes, but the original post says they are filling out the PA form for the office. That is a WELL known no no and everyone, should, know that

    SMP works with both east and west coast florida. What manager is it?

    Horrible workplace. Thankful I was "let go" and no other reps will touch this place for a job. Word's out on the street about senior leadership and that the drug is not being used by docs.
