The 10k annual report for 2016 came out yesterday. Same old, same old--the company is still losing lots of money, and making adjustments to their "goodwill" to make the losses not look so bad to investors. Here's the other stuff that matters: 1. On March 30 (2 days ago) the company entered into a PRELIMINARY deal to refinance the debt--200 million of which is due in October. The "closing" is scheduled for May. If no closing, no company, and there are many disclaimers about that in the report. SMT is probably worried the investors will look into that bogus goodwill number. 2. BW got another raise in 2016. His base salary is now $400k. PLUS, he got a $100,000 bonus at year end 2016, for meeting his goals. Gotta be kidding me! I didn't even get a cookie cutter. 3. DC still earns $100,000 k per month for his part time gig as CEO. Plus, he still makes hundreds of thousands more in fees by owning the company's benefits company, the medical insurance broker, etc. etc. I am going to ride this ship until it sinks, but we are taking on water--bigly.

Not so fast.....our insurance benefits have not been with a company DC was fired from in years. DC continues to make the bucks from his private team of consultants, and friends & family billing at will. BW is a pawn in DC's game of cheer for me while I profit from my corruption. Back in '16 there were prelim deals to purchase the company with nobody opening up their checkbook. Except the same results and then see who's smiling. Who is SMT, and why would they be worried?

Hope you know how to swim....................................

Last time I will say this! DC was not brought there to be a traditional CEO.. He was sent to build and sell for the owners. What you should pray for is a sale:) Help or go back to sleep

DC is neither a businessman, or credible. He is praying for a sale every day to get him out of this mess. He doesn't know anything about business or people. It's all about him, his wallet, and about him. In case he fails again he's lining his pockets for a rainy day.

nice try, dan. is this your way of defending your shameful part-time effort and million dollar salary? defend and deflect, cut cut cut. that's all you know how to do. pray for a sale you say? that's what we get for 3yrs of your nonsense and $3m ...we're left to pray.? nothing. you've done nothing. you've led nothing. you've introduced nothing, you've spent our money on nothing acquisitions. you've cut expenses down to nothing. no more shell games to play, you've painted yourself into a corner. you're exposed as a nothing. there's no buyer last year and there'll be no investor dumb enough to come play kick the can down the road. take the do nothing smt and their fat salaries and bonuses and move on to the next corpse you bloated vulture.

The company has top leadership managing through the fires and fights of a damaged industry. A few have given up choosing to hide behind CF living in fear. Do your job, help make us a better place to work, and keep the heavy lifting to those that can handle the tough knockdown battles to bring us to better days.

Ditto for me. Anything BW was paid was far less than his worth. :)

the reality is revenue models did this to us. If we are truly a solid " path" company let's go to our revenue model clients and inform them it's no longer profitable or feasible to do business this way. Look at the other companies that don't really participate in revenue models strata, miraca, dermpath and death. A small amount of revenue models perhaps but not a ton. If our paths are that great let's get business that way. Oh we can't, our paths, especially our Florida dermpath are horrendous.

Can you struggle anymore in inflammatory cases? Can you miss anymore melanomas?

Joke of the industry. Nobody will by us bc there's no need, we are self destructive

  15. Hope this person knows that Florida is on the east coast , that being said nobody cares about what you ppl think. This goes to show what your employees think about you, not very promising is it? We are so done.

frankly, bruce deserves twice this much. you cannot put a pricetag on his leadership and instincts. the guy has a track record of fantastic hires. what an eye for talent! let's see: there's dr alan p, what a qualified treasure he was! then there's the marketing lady that made a wrong left turn on her way back to the nursing home down the street and found herself in an interview that led to a job offer. but wait, there's so much more. should i go on?
