Perhaps Bruce's brightest move was keeping MN around. With MN doing all heavy lifting and decision making, Bruce can effectively mail it in. Sad to see Bruce cashing in on MN's hard work. MN is the only one to work an honest day at this place and he's delivered huge results time and time again.

It has everything to do with budgets/forecasts n expectations. When actual volumes are less than the budgeted number ALL hell breaks loose @adx. The adx sop = When the number is less than that of the crazy budget/bank model then the protocol states to "cut expenses" now. Results = TAT suffers with existing clients and lose some more volume and have greater expense cuts.. Get the picture? Nobody's building just selling. No "Patience" to build anything here!
