    Anyone need your bonus checks? Better get used to salary alone.

    Management and marketing ia truly clueless. MSS is a cluster #@*€!, coverage sucks, Zecuity is a joke in terms of efficacy, etc. Reps work hard to get scripts and the company drops the ball on the rest.

    Reps get demoralized when they see the PSRs with 11-20% of the scripts redeemed. To make things worse, management thinks it is a great idea to send out goals that are unrealistic, much less obtainable. Even with the new stategy of ensuring Zecuity is covered no matter what if patient has insurance, Zecuity won't meet sales goals.

    Best bet for reps: focus on getting a new job. If you spend your time looking, your rx numbers won't change much. There is actually a benefit to not working: next year sales goals should be lower based on historical data. And.......hopefully you will have a job with a company that knows how to pick and sell branded drugs. Teva is focused on its genetics business.

    One last thing: Teva doesn't pay well for their in-house marketing team. You get what you pay for.
