Call plan disaster

    What is up with this call plan for this year? Home office has gone nuts forcing us to have call plans which are in many cases non-viable to work with. This will fail just like the rest of the stupid ideas they have come up with lately. Sales force will have layoffs this year, mark my words.

    By non-viable do you mean setting goals to see a target 24 times in 6 months, or targeting completely inaccessible physicians? Because both are standard fare here.

    It's beyond obvious that Janssen is absolutely clueless in the markets it operates in.

    The call plan debacle is a major distraction to the sales force. I’m not sure how HO can ignore it. As far as layoffs, not sure it will happen do to additional indications for both Xa and invo coming this year.

    Its called bush league or rooky show. They have destroyed what good we had, forced us into silos and created an entire division that sells nothing. Our RDB has yet to even send an email to their new region or reached out to their top performers . Really? They are focused on metrics and optics case and point directing Reps to register for the national glitch cast so as to pad their attendance numbers. Empty suites running us into the ground.

    OMG JNJ has been clueless assholes forever! Look at all the lawsuits theyve paid on! Look at how much money they spend thru their legal dept every year @ a billion a year. We should all find a real job!
    With a genuine company!
