How is the culture, pay, bonus and benefits?

It's not bad. It's contract, so if you've been in pharma, it will definitely be a change. If you've never been, it's a way to get in the door. Pay was OK, benefits weren't great. Also depends on who your contract is with- that can change it. Does offer the ability to move to a new job if your contract expires.

It all depends on the company the contract is for. The contract I am on, there are a lot of older reps, including myself.

What happened with the Espero contract? Almost interviewed for a position but did not get the chance.
