Can Somebody Set Realistic Goals Around Here?

    A/C here just wrapped up Q3 with big $$$. I love my job.

    1 hybrid rep and 1 otc rep per territory. That's my prediction for 2017 oh and A&C will still be a bunch of duck lipped clowns!!

    I just made $38,000 easiest job ever. They can't continue to pay us this well. This is silly money for what we do.

    Don't get stuck with that thought. There's better. But stick around get your severance (if they don't cheat you out of it) and then move on

    Who can answer these A/C Questions?
    1. Why roll out such high unrealistic goals? How are they made? Why no transparency?
    2. Why pile on so much busy work and BS Forecasts when you know the goals are impossible?
    3. Why waste marketing resources to 1/2 roll out the weakest promos in the industry?
    4. Why call it a Forecast and pretend that you want our input when you are just sending a #?
    5. Why can't we open our CIA on handhelds?
    6. Why can't the inside reps send new customers a MK form so we know they are a real lead?
    7. Why spend so little and expect to compete with AGN?
