Can you tell me more about your training, comp plan , benefits?

Please be serious and remember you too once had questions. I am thinking of looking at a position here on the W Coast, but not sure of the management, how long your training is, where it is? Seems like a lot of products? How your comp plan and benefits are and the style of the company. Any help and info would be appreciated. Thank you.
