Can someone share the car allowance details to an interviewee? $ amount, mileage reimbursement rate? Does Karl Storz use a motus or runzheimer oversight program? If so, is there a vehicle age requirement (new or within 4 model years, etc)? Thanks in advance. This topic is just about the last thing I'd want to discuss in a F2F, just trying to determine if I need another car
It’s motus and if you are scared to bring this up in an interview the job might not be for you . You will have to deal with pissed off customers everyday .
They use Motus and the expectation is that you will drive a car that is 4 years old or newer. However, you are allowed to drive a car older than that, but there may be a slight change on taxes at the end of the year. I wouldn't go buy a new car until you knew what the tax implications might be. Could be very insignificant. Mileage is paid on a variable rate based on where you live.
