it’s not for women only. However, there is systemic bias with straight-up minimum quotas for women and minorities in leadership position. It is harder for a white male to advance than it used to be - especially if the vacancy is created by departure of a minority/woman.

Have you considered white-collar, financial crime? Maybe running for office in a red state? Loads of opportunity there brother.
