    Real sad state of affairs of our 'self over-hyped' Compliance HOTline. Are u listening to the reality - chief compliance officer Mr Bundegaard (KBUN)??

    No use blaming one guy. We try and portray that we are a different kinda company. Ethical and all.....NOT. The hotline is only for NN to show we are unique. It is never to help anyone. Novo sucks big time.

    True, no use blaming only KBUN. Others to take equal blame are:
    - chief of FARCilitation Mr Jensen - MTJ
    - chief of Internal FRAUDits - Mr Larsen - ZMIL
    - chief omBADsman - Mr Gotzsche - MGQ
    Good discussion points for BusinASS Assurance offsite, I assume. Bull shit teams!!

    BS... personal experience: the system didn't work in my case. Instead, they (HR and investigation team) came up with a bs of an excuse, closed the case and "retrained" employees as an action. Can't wait to leave this place and never look back. Some people who work here are really good people. For the most part though it's a collection of hypocrites and self centered assholes.

    It's up to the first line manager. If the person you have a complaint against is in good with their manager than nothing will happen to them. If their manager doesn't like them for any reason hen they will take action. It's a very broken system and needs to be fixed. Good people get fired and low lifes are still here.

    NO USE!! My team employees have spoken to 1 lady in HQ compliance team many times & she has not helped initiate actions. She keeps saying 'Believe me, things will change. I have given a serious report to the Manager'. This is such a useless team!!

    Ignore the hotline. They haven't been honest. Whatever issues you have even the slightest one, post it in social media.

    NNIs HR team has been useless and crooked for a long time now. They replace one loser with another. They have their favorites who are in their little click and consistently protect them and go after the people they or their click favs don't like. The entire HR team should be investigated. Especially BREB. He has no place in HR. He's as crooked as they come. He tells you one thing and does something completely different behind your back. He lies right to your face. It's really a shame that our HR team can't be trusted at all and do so many unethical things.

    At the end of the day, if you have a serious matter to report, you can get the truth out in multiple ways other than just reporting it to the company.

    And it is very likely the company will have a rude awakening when they realize that brushing off compliance concerns has led to much more trouble than addressing it would have been in the first place.

    The sad part is they can cover their BS ways (or the NNI Way) by firing an employee in a "at will" state and refuse to give a reason as to why except for violation of a "policy".

    These guys can shine if one ass presents cases properly at NN Audit committee reviews:
    - Mr Kehlet (JIKF) can make a difference if he wishes to, but will never do. Another jackass to the core...

    He is in the secretary job because it is Denmark and they will act like he is doing a very important job. He can never get a job outside with his skills.

    There's no use with all these junior fellas in our company. The respecteful CEO Mr Lars Fruergaard Jorgensen has to "walk the talk". NN Way is being raped in our company & unassuming behaviour by some SVP's/CVP's is order of the day. Clean it up Mr LFJ, we need you to raise up now!!
