ML only interacts with people who play into his motives and quickly become his favorites. If your here just to work and be professional, talented or not, you won’t be on his radar. No one really knows what V will do to make things better. Good news is he can’t make it much worse. Hopefully he fires ML so we can get back to reality

 

Hey buddy you’ve got this all RIGHT!!! It’s not rocket science to figure this out. If you are not a yes man you are safe in being liked by him ; your career will go places. We talk about this all the time - his management team are made up of his friends and not experienced to run an a business. scary stuff !!

 

V is doing pretty good so far considering the deck is stacked against him. He has so many idiots entrenched it’s going to be hard to get them all out at once. His hire of CW as business director was a good start. She’s good. Unfortunately u can’t just come in and clean house of bad managers. The new hires of abms have their hands full because the other bds are still bad. That Vince dude seems to know what he’s doing. The less NP does in marketing the better. I think it’s still agreed she is worthless and needs to be gone.

Why don't we get notice when people and positions change? The new NA guys accent is so bad North Americans can't understand him and he talks too long .
