White is a plug-in by Stuart and probably will wake up from the honeymoon-snooze to clean up after it becomes clear GTS is a mess of inept resource leftovers.

    The Business is still waiting.

Business has been waiting and...continues to wait.

the business will continue to wait with that crew in there. Not a one of them at the leadership level reporting to Stuy has the skills or experience to turn that org around. They continue to oversimplify solutions (let’s implement “flow”, agile will change everything, let’s divide development and support, now let’s do devops, let’s create fiefdoms between buit and shared services that actually create more work —- you get the idea) theory/textbook solutions without considering the complex, compliance issues that exist today. It has become clearer over time that all these “saviors” who were brought in have never done this work and have spent a lot of money with their vendor buddies —- to make no significant change. What is needed is practical hands on leaders who can put together a plan and execute. Oh wait, those folks were eliminated.

    Agreed on that.

There are also many Talkers and no Do’ers in the Org.

Most if not an entire organization is in disarray. The competencies have degraded as is evident in the missed deliveries, cost overruns, capability gaps, and massively failed hires.

Will be awhile before it can all be cleaned up.

It can’t be cleaned up with that crew in there. SM, SW, JC - none of them have any practical technology or more importantly, leadership skills. They have been the worst examples of leaders we have seen in many years in IT. We need a full implosion of those top levels, and all their cronies, to start fresh, then there is hope. There are many talented leaders out there who can turn this org around, but we just continue to make bad choices. Hopefully now with SP gone, the cleanout will really begin.

Problem is while some bad managers maybe let good, good workers are the ones who are really going to be impacted.

    Many issues, much incompetence.

    All roads lead downhill.

Still waiting for credibility to return GTS.

Big reorg hitting in TS this week. Gotta give them credit they keep trying. The only leaders worth a shit are Chester, woods, and the tortured folks working for Tonya

    Agreed...sooner the Better.

And....This Clueless One should wind up swept out with the remainder into the dust pan.

With Cathy White now out effective immediately this Clueless wonder should get swept out of his useless role of stealing a paycheck for doing Zero for the organization!

Credo violations across the group. Walked out the door like most others.

The clean ups will take time but at least they made a good start.

Will be good to see more credo based thought leaders take back control. As of now we’ve got total disarray.

I have never tried Kool-Aid. With such a long thread, it must be a memorable drink.
